December 3, 2019 – Asymchem Laboratories (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (SHE: 002821. SZ, “Asymchem”) entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Taizhou EOC Pharma (“EOC”). The signing ceremony was attended by CEO Dr. Xiaoming Zou, SVP Deepak Hegde, Director Dr. Jin Guan of the Project Management Department from EOC and COO Ms. Rui Yang, VP Jianbo Yang, VP Xian Zhang, VP Tao Yang, along with the technology and business development team from Asymchem. Both sides will work closely in the field of APIs, formulation and other businesses to achieve a mutually beneficial situation and promote the high quality development of innovative drugs.
